| We need help with the governance of our team. We are restructuring the board to make each position less burdensome and more manageble. We have the following vacancies for next year's board and committee positions:

Director of Education
Director of Swimming - dual meets
Director of Swimming - invitational meets
Secretary/Publicity
Director of Communications
Director of Fundraising -
Fundraising Committe chairs

Board and committee members recieve partial to full job credits depending on level of commitment.

| General Membership Meeting |
The General Membership Meeting for the election of the 2009 board of directors for the VVST swim team will be on Thurs., Oct 16 at 7 pm. All are invited and all are encourage to participate and vote for the board members. This will be at John Kronick's house.
