VV broke two Meet Records:
Alex O'Laughlin in IM: 59.86 New (1:00.00 Old from 2007 - This also broke VV Team Record Old Time 1:00.65 from 1983)
Austin Lee in Free: 23.25 New (24.16 Old from 2003 - This also broke VV Team Record Old Time 23.78 from 1983)
Austin Lee improved his own recently established team record in Fly from 26.15 to 25.56

| Crossings Challenge |
The Crossings Challenge is on July 25 (the same Sat. as Woodlands Invitational) and is for B swimmers (times must be slower than the A times shown here). Swimmers can swim 2 individual events and 2 relays or 3 individual events. Schedule:
7:30 AM to 8:30 AM - Warm-ups
8:30 AM to 12 Noon - Morning Events
12 Noon to 4:00 P.M. - Afternoon Events
Age groups swim in reverse order. If you want to swim, it is a sign-in meet and information will be available soon regarding the meet. |

| Meet is Sunday July 5th at Heather Farms. Meet starts at 9AM and Warmups at 8AM. Jobs for the meet are posted here. Please direct any questions to Mary Wardle or Marienella Blake. If you have not been contacted about swimming this meet, then this Sunday is an off-day for you. Happy 4th of July weekend! |

| Spirit Week: Get Excited!! |
• July 1st: Spirit Buddy forms are due. Each swimmer wanting to participate should fill out a form and return it to the folder labeled "completed spirit buddy forms", located in the back of the ribbon box. Spirit buddy forms will be emailed this week and can be found on the website or in the ribbon box. Buddy Questionaire
